We are very proud to have our own large natural garden that we tend to daily! It serves both as a valuable resource for our home cooked meals as well as allowing us to try our various amazing gardening techniques to improve our sustainability and efficiency.

Be it vertical, aquaponic or raised bed gardening, we try it all and it has been working great for us, allowing us to cook up delicious meals for our guests.

Having been a remodelled farm house naturally we are taking care of various animals such as rabbits, our very own sheep and pigs and of course our free range chicken.
Try to spot them around the hotel!
This of course means we have fresh meat as well and eggs for you at all times.
